Message	in Prescott, AZ, for 4 years, which is similar in altitude and terrain. Despite the occasional snow or rain, much better for driving fun than Phoenix. One scare is winter driving when it's not snowing = ice on the roads. It can be unpredictable. ...... And I gotta say: I spent a month in Denver in 2008. My buddies kept telling me how the bad weather is exaggerated by outsiders, while it was cold, overcast, and snowing the whole time. It's still a joke among us.
